Would you like to participate in a training to see if you might want to become a member of the association? Also if you don't have experience with handball, come try it!

We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Refer to the agenda for the right time and location of the trainings.

From this season onwards, we have a lot of possibilities to play in competition at various levels and even during the work week only.

HS1 - Performance team

HS2 - Recreational team

DMW1 - Recreational team, matches on either Tuesday/Thursday

DS1 - Performance team, matches on the weekends

You can use the facilities of the Sports Centre of the University of Twente which includes having showers and draft beers after the trainings :)
